Thankfully, I'm lucky enough to not be directly affected by epilepsy. On average 1 child in every primary school and 5 in every secondary school live with epilepsy.
After meeting James and Martha at East Grinstead Triathlon earlier this year and hearing all about the life-changing work the charity performs with those affected by epilepsy I decided to do my bit to raise awareness and fundraise in order to continue helping young people.
I appreciate I've set the fundraising page very last minute but would be very grateful if you would be able to contribute and support YOUNG EPILEPSY.
My fundraising target is £120.
£10 could help provide four families with epilepsy information and resources, to help better understand and manage the condition.
£50 could provide two hours of intensive one-to-one counselling for a young person, to help them make choices in education, work and wellbeing.
£70 could fund the helpline for a day, providing support to families and young people.
Thanks in advance,
